Ordinary not-tech saavy persons can't even understand all the jargon. , nor even read everything. You've got to do better.
Plain English, not all the tech jargon, so that non-tech saavy users, who've spent their $$$ are not just BULLIED into clicking "yes" & ok & "I agree", just to proceed to use devices/software. Or just have live talk, not web chat, but people for someone to speak with. Seems like a new antitrust/monopoly case is in the making.
